For the past two years the IFCA and other ag groups have been working closely with the Illinois Department of Agriculture on updates to the anhydrous ammonia regulations.  We now expect the proposed rules may be published in the Illinois Register in July, and the final rule may be in place before year-end.  To see an overview of the main components of the rules, click here for a slide show presented in late 2014 by IDA; there may still be some other slight changes in the rules but this will give you the big picture.  If you have questions please contact IFCA at 309.827.2774.
