It will be more about partying than legislative work in Springfield this week.  Today at 11am, Bruce Rauner will be sworn in as the 42nd governor of the State of Illinois, the first Republican to hold that position since George Ryan left in 2003.  On Wednesday at noon, the new General Assembly and Senate will have it's swearing in ceremony.
