If you have not already done so, PLEASE send in comments to USEPA on the proposed "Waters of the US" or WOTUS rule.  IFCA has prepared a simple one page letter that you can customize and email to USEPA.  This rulemaking has the potential to change property rights for agriculture and for many other industries.  Millions of comments on the rule sends a strong message to Congress that the public is not happy with this expansion of federal power and the potential classification of waterways, ditches and private streams as "Waters of the US."  Click here to access the one page letter which includes instructions on how to email the letter to USEPA.  Agriculture is striving to send in millions of comments on this rule so please encourage all of your employees to send in a letter.  The deadline to do so is October 20, 2014.  Thank you!
