We were very saddened to learn that IFCA member Doug Baxter, employee of Murray Equipment passed away this week at his residence.  Doug was an active member of the IFCA for the past three years attending the IFCA Convention and MAGIE show.  He was an exceptional guy and will be greatly missed.

 

Doug was 61, and was an avid outdoorsman where he hunted morel mushrooms, spoiled his beagles and labs, and snowmobiled.  He will be remembered as a dedicated family man and his willingness to help those in need.

 

He is survived by his wife, Christina Baxter, two sons, and two grandchildren.  His mother also survives.

 

Memorial Services will be conducted at 11:00 am Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, IN.  Visitation is from 5 - 8 on Friday, October 3, 2014 and one hour prior to service on Saturday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Fulton County 4-H Fund through the Northern Indiana Community Foundation, the Rochester City Pool, or a charity of your choice.  Online condolences and to read his full obituary go to www.zimmermanbrosfh.com
