Two of the biggest fertilizer producers in the world are in talks about what could be the next inversion deal to be announced.

 

CF Industries, based in Deerfield, Illinois, near Chicago and Yara International of Norway both confirmed on Tuesday that they were in discussions about a deal that would essentially be a merger of equals.
