Aggies in the beltway will be focusing on a wide range of environmental issues this week in DC.  The House Rules Committee today will take a look at the Endangered Species Transparency Act, which would require the EPA to put online the data it uses to support decisions about weather a species should be listed as endangered .  The House may consider the measure later in the week.

 

Also on Monday afternoon.  The house will take up and vote on HR 935, The Reducing Regulatory Burdens Act of 2013.  IFCA is asking all members to reach out to their members of congress and ask them to support this bill.  HR 935 will allow spraying of pesticides near bodies of waters without get a permit.
