Alex Dunn has proudly led CropLife America (CLA) since March 2024, bringing exciting leadership and direction to the U.S. national trade association representing

the pesticide industry. CLA’s members drive innovation and sustainability by discovering, producing, selling, and distributing the essential pesticide products that empower American farmers to grow healthy, nutritious, and abundant food, fiber, and fuel for the U.S. and the world.

 

Ms. Dunn earned a B.A. in Political Science and French, cum laude, from James Madison University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the law review. She is recognized as one of the top environmental lawyers in the nation, admitted to the bar in four states and the US Supreme Court, and is the president-elect of the American College of Environmental Lawyers. 

 

Ms. Dunn is a resident of Loudoun County, Viriginia with her husband of nearly 30 years Chris. An avid outdoorswoman, she can be found when not working kayaking on the Potomac, hiking with her two rescue dogs, listening to country music, or dropping in on her son at graduate school at the University of Mississippi; her daughter, an actress and playwright, in New York City; or her mother on the coast of Massachusetts.
