On Dec. 11, the U.S. Senate Committees on Enviroment and Public Works and Health, Education, Labor and Pensions held a hearing to receive an update on President Obama's Executive Order (EO) 13650 - Improving Chemical Facility Safety and to reduce the risks associated with hazardous chemicals to workers and communities.
