Farmers and pesticide applicators grappling with how to comply with EPA's impending Herbicide Strategy learned this week that new requirements may not be as stringent or widespread as the agency initially proposed in its draft strategy released last summer.
 
On Tuesday, EPA announced it had published an update regarding progress on the strategy -- the agency's plan to meet its obligations under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
